Out-of-pocket costs, such as, shipping fees, Mileage over a 30 km radius, or retail purchases are charged to the credit card you keep on file with us. If you need us to come to your home or office, on-site assistance fees are billed monthly based on travel time and an hourly rate. We never incur expenses without getting your permission first.
